1. Definitions
“Go Infinite” refers to the CRM platform and associated services provided under the Go Infinite brand.
“Provider” refers to Go Infinite and its related entities.
“Client” refers to any individual or business subscribing to Go Infinite services.
“Platform” refers to the Go Infinite system powered by GoHighLevel, including all configurations, workflows, automations, assets, and integrations.
“Assets” refers to all digital materials created, configured, or deployed within the Platform, including but not limited to workflows, automations, pipelines, snapshots, campaigns, funnels, websites, landing pages, scripts, prompts, AI configurations, and system architecture.
2. Term & Agreement Structure
This Agreement operates on a month-to-month basis.
There is no minimum contract term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Agreement automatically renews monthly unless cancelled in accordance with Section 8.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
All fees are billed monthly in advance.
Payment is made via credit card or direct debit as authorised by the Client during onboarding.
By subscribing, the Client authorises Go Infinite to automatically debit all applicable fees.
Failed or Missed Payments
If payment is not received on the due date:
The Client’s account may be immediately suspended.
Access to the Platform, data, and services may be restricted or disabled.
If outstanding fees remain unpaid for 120 days:
The account will be permanently deleted.
All data, Assets, configurations, and system access will be irreversibly removed.
Go Infinite has no obligation to recover or restore any deleted data.
4. Platform Access & Use
Go Infinite is provided as a managed software platform.
The Client is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform during an active, paid subscription period.
The Client must not:
Copy, extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform
Attempt to export or duplicate system logic, workflows, or automations
Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorised third-party access
5. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Platform & System Ownership
The Go Infinite Platform, including all underlying architecture, snapshots, workflows, automations, templates, configurations, and logic, remains the exclusive intellectual property of Go Infinite at all times.
Assets Developed for the Client
All Assets developed, configured, or deployed for use by the Client remain the sole property of Go Infinite, even where created specifically for the Client’s business.
The Client is granted a right to use such Assets only while their subscription remains active and fully paid.
Upon Termination or Cancellation
Upon cancellation, suspension, or termination for any reason:
All licences immediately terminate
The Client forfeits all rights to access or use the Platform and Assets
The Client is not entitled to retain, reuse, copy, export, or replicate any Assets
6. Asset & Data Transfer (If Applicable)
At Go Infinite’s sole discretion, a negotiated transfer fee may be offered to:
Export selected contact data
Transfer limited Assets
Provide partial system replication
Any transfer:
Is not guaranteed
Must be approved in writing
Is subject to technical feasibility and commercial terms
No transfer will be considered unless:
All outstanding fees are paid in full
The Client is compliant with these Terms
7. Third-Party Services
Go Infinite is powered by GoHighLevel and may integrate with third-party tools.
Go Infinite is not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.
The Client agrees to comply with all third-party service terms where applicable.
8. Cancellation
The Client may cancel at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partial months, unused time, or suspended periods.
Cancellation does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.
9. Suspension & Termination
Go Infinite reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if:
Payments are overdue
These Terms are breached
The Platform is misused or abused
Legal, compliance, or security risks arise
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Infinite is not liable for:
Loss of data
Business interruption
Loss of profits or revenue
Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Go Infinite from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Use or misuse of the Platform
Content created, distributed, or stored by the Client
Breach of these Terms
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of NSW Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Amendments
Go Infinite may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
